01Can an obsolete vibratory feeder controller be replaced?

Often a replacement or retrofit can be assessed, but voltage, current, frequency, channel count, sensor wiring, control signals and the existing drive must be identified before selection.

02Why does a feeder work empty but slow under load?

Loaded mass, component friction, queue pressure, track rigidity, spring condition or controller behaviour may be involved. Record the symptom and avoid simply increasing output without diagnosing the cause.
