A bowl, step or other primary feeder first separates and orients the components. A linear track then creates a controlled queue towards a sensor, vision point or escapement where each accepted part produces one defined count event.
When the recipe quantity is reached, the controls stop the feed, close a gate or switch the receiving container. Reliable operation depends on singulation, a stable count point and a changeover sequence that prevents parts entering the wrong batch.
